A water leak is detected under the dishwasher machine in appartment 1404.
The water leak message is sent and captured by the floor or area closest LoRaWan® Internet Gateway and sent to our BuildUp! Servers.
A detailed message is shown on the BuildUp™ Mobile app informing of the precise leak location and status.
BuildIUp! sends a valve closure message to the assigned LoRaWan® Water Valve.
The electric ball or butterfly valve is closed by the controller and remains closed until an authorized users re-opens it with the BuildUp™ App.

Controllers

Valves
With a choice of 4, 6 or 8 inches DC or AC power electrical smart valves, the kit can be installed on any main water line. All of our smart valve come with a manual override wheel and can be mounted both in flanged or flat configurations.
